On the day of rental, you will need to sign in on the posted sheet at the facility, indicating arrival time, number of participants, departure time and verifying room was clean and in order prior to and after completion of the event. ![]() Once payment is received, an entry code to access the meeting room on the date of your event will be emailed to you. A reservation will not be considered confirmed until full payment has been received and the Meeting Room Agreement has been fully executed online by the county’s representative and the reserving party. Your payment of $25.00 must be received within two business days of your confirmation. Acceptable forms of payment are credit card and debit card. Once you receive your confirmation, follow the link to retrieve your reservation and pay the fee to reserve the room.Remember, your reservation is not confirmed until you have received notification. Your reservation request will be reviewed and verified by county staff, and you will receive an email confirmation within two business days.Be sure to include time for set up, clean up and return of furnishings to the standard configuration of the room.
